Tractor Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tractor Operator/Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various types of tractors and heavy machinery. This role will focus on hay and wheat harvests, utilizing newer equipment. This position is paid hourly and expected to work 45-50 hours per week. Duties Operate tractors and drive truck on farm. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections, performing minor repairs, and ensuring cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Tractor Operator/Truck Driver or in a similar role. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Follow directions, ask questions and open to learning. Able to document and track work tasks completed. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to work with others on the team. A valid driver's license. CDL preferred.
