Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components in a timely manner. Ideal candidate will have previous field/road technician experience with strong hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills. Join a great team today! Compensation & Schedule Hourly pay: $28

• 35+ (based on experience) Production bonuses available Full-time schedule with flexibility
• no nights or weekends Benefits Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Comprehensive paid training and certifications Career advancement opportunities•we promote from within Responsibilities Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems Perform welding and fabrication work as needed Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements Communicate with the factory for technical support Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting Welding experience preferred Must be 21 years of age and insurable to drive by our carrier Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Work Authorization/Security Clearance All Roads Company does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
