Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform on-site equipment repairs and maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment such as retail carts, ADA scooters, and conveyor systems. Execute tasks including bolt tightening, wheel replacement, pressure washing, painting, and light structural repairs. Utilize provided tools, diagnostic apps, and digital devices to accurately track work orders and document completed tasks in a paperless environment. Collaborate with team members on complex projects or work independently based on assignment requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum age of 23 years old (due to insurance/DOT guidelines). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Ability to pass a drug test (including THC), DOT physical, and background check. Comfortable with fluctuating start times and willing to work overtime as needed. Proficiency in using apps and navigating a paperless system for work tracking. Preferred Skills Maintenance experience and proficiency in using power tools. Previous lead experience. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly. Welding experience. Willingness to work under DOT federal guidelines.
