Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician / Mechanic with strong experience in hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing hydraulic and electrical systems on industrial, construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment machinery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred. 2+ years of experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics. Experience with heavy equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, or fleet maintenance preferred. Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and hydraulic diagnostics. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely. Valid driver's license preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work environments Exposure to grease, oil, noise, and varying weather conditions May require overtime and occasional weekend workKey Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and motors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including wiring, switches, relays, sensors, and control systems. Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic and electrical equipment. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Install, test, and calibrate hydraulic and electrical components. Inspect equipment for safety, functionality, and performance issues. Use diagnostic tools, meters, and testing equipment effectively. Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Assist with equipment setup, breakdowns, and emergency repairs as needed.Pay:
