Schedule:

Day Shift Overtime Monday to Friday What You'll Do We're looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for customers in the Sterling Heights area. You'll work independently with a fully equipped service truck which you will take home and is stocked with tooling provided by us, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. This hands-on, mobile role involves: Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues on heavy equipment Performing inspections and preventive maintenance Maintaining accurate service records and reports Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Working independently and managing your schedule efficiently Maintain truck maintenance, cleanliness, and organization What You Bring 5+ years of experience repairing heavy-duty vehicles or equipment Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Proficiency with diagnostic tools and welding (acetylene and arc) Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues on-site Strong communication and customer service skills Qualifications 5+ years of experience repairing heavy-duty vehicles or equipment Valid Chauffeur's license and medical card are required. CDL is preferred. Background in agricultural equipment is a plus. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
