I am rapidly growing and looking to add team members for long term full time employment employees will be provided company service truck, credit card, uniforms/workboots. Health insurance and 401k available after 90 days. one week paid vacation time and one week paid sick/personal time. 2 weeks vacation after 2 years of employment. Must have experience with cat et and cat sis and experience with Cummins. we work on various different brands of equipment. must have clean driving record. and must be able to pass a dot physical. Duties Diagnose and repair heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and loaders using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and schematics. Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, tire service, brake repairs, hydraulic system servicing, and electrical diagnostics. Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, and hand tools to meet specific operational needs. Conduct inspections on farm machinery, industrial equipment, and vehicle fleets like tractor-trailers to ensure safety standards are met. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues related to transmissions, suspension systems, air brakes, HVAC systems, and hydraulics. Use power tools and diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately and efficiently restore equipment functionality. Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts used; ensure all work complies with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience working as a mechanic in dealership settings or heavy equipment environments with a strong understanding of OEM parts and systems. Hands-on experience with heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and farm equipment. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, alignment procedures, HVAC systems, suspension components, and tire service. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or installations. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members. Join us to keep essential machinery running smoothly!
