Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Field Service

A well-established and reputable employer is looking to add an experienced and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanics for a Field Service opportunity in the Orangeburg, South Carolina area. Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Heavy Equipment using company DOT and OSHA guidelines to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

At least 4+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, diesel engines, and/or heavy trucks. Strong hydraulics, electrical and diagnostic skills. Experience with diagnostic software (JPRO, Tech Tool, Cummins Insite, etc.). Proficiency in troubleshooting diesel engines and related systems. Previous experience working in the field is preferred. A CDL, is preferred, but not required Own tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Compensation $30.00 - $36.00/hour , depending on previous experience and training.
