We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technician to join our team! We are seeking a versatile Technician to install, service, and upgrade a wide range of systems, including satellite TV equipment, satellite internet, 5G technology, and other internet and technical installations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to offer products and services on-site to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain satellite TV, satellite internet, 5G, and other technical systems. Perform upgrades and ensure optimal performance of equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries. Offer and promote additional products and services during on-site visits. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in technical installations (satellite TV, internet, 5G, etc.) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and versatility in handling diverse technical tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to work autonomously. Desire to continuously learn new technologies.
