This is a full‑time, year‑round position offering both day and night shifts for dependable, steady work. If you can run a crusher, keep it fed, keep it running, and handle the equipment that supports it — we want you here. What You'll Be Doing Running crushing systems safely and efficiently Keeping machines cleaned, greased, and running strong Spotting issues early and handling basic repairs Operating dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other support equipment Working in a fast‑moving, production‑driven environment Showing up ready to work, for every scheduled shift What We're Looking For Prefer proven experience operating crushing equipment Prefer Heavy equipment experience with dozers, excavators, and loaders Good mechanical know-how and problem‑solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work, day or night shifts, possibility of 24/7 shifts Commitment to safety, reliability, and consistent production What We Offer Dependable hours year-round Competitive pay based on experience Production bonus opportunities Health/Vision/Dental Insurance available Paid Holidays
