Key Responsibilities Machine Support:

Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of milling, turning, drilling, and tapping machines.

Part Finishing:

Deburr, clean, file, and inspect finished parts using hand tools and measuring equipment like calipers.

Material Handling:

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, including handling heavy items safely.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including sweeping, taking out trash, and restocking consumables.

Equipment Care:

Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and assist in lawn maintenance using riding mowers and weed eater.

Inventory & Logistics:

Assist with inventory counts, part tagging, and moving materials between workstations.

Required Skills & Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of machinery and comfort using hand tools.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.

Safety Focus:

Strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and safety protocols.

Communication:

Ability to read and follow work instructions and communicate with machinists

Hourly Pay:

$15/hour ✅
