Job Description

Customer Service Technician - Heavy Construction Equipment A well-established global equipment manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. This is a hands-on role supporting equipment diagnostics, repair, and field service across North America and beyond.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Provide technical support on-site, in-shop, and over the phone Coordinate service efforts with internal teams and document reports Travel nationally and internationally (up to 80%) for field service and support Ensure top-tier customer experience and equipment performance
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on technical service or equipment repair experience Working knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook High school diploma required; technical training preferred Valid driver's license and passport Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
