RTG Fleet Maintenance is hiring a high-level Mobile Heavy Equipment Technician to run field service calls across DFW. You will diagnose, fix, and move on — no babysitting, no politics, no wasted time.

Responsibilities:

• Field diagnostics on heavy equipment & diesel systems
• Repair hydraulics, electrical, engines, and mechanical issues
• Work independently in the field
• Document work with photos and notes

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience with hydraulics and electrical systems
• Some Travel
• Valid driver's license
