High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate required 5+ years of technician or industrial maintenance experience Experience working with 480V high-voltage equipment required Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, motors, AC/DC drives, power supplies, and electronics preferred Mechanical aptitude for adjustments, repairs, and component replacement Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible schedule availability required Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance Escalate unresolved equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Inspect equipment and products to ensure quality standards are met Install hardware, upgrades, and system updates on machinery Use multimeters and testing tools for electrical troubleshooting Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Support production goals through teamwork with operations staff Mentor operators on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all workplace safety standards Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Maintain a clean and organized work area Why This Job?
