Job Description The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! •Sign-on bonus available depending on experience Are you an experienced technician with a passion for working on New Holland equipment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Young Truck and Trailers is looking for you to join our team as a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic ! As a New Holland Equipment Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining New Holland construction & agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, and implements. From routine maintenance tasks to complex repairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers'' equipment. Yes Responsibilities Diagnose issues with hydraulic and/or electrical systems Perform initial PDI inspections on equipment as it arrives from manufacturer Basic maintenance on machines/equipment Oil changes Hydraulic services Coolant flush Replacing fuel filters Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but not required Previous equipment operation/repair experience a plus but not required Qualifications Be able to work as part of a team Keep a clean and orderly workspace Be punctual and self-motivated Valid driver''s license with a good driving record Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines hydraulic systems and electrical components Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
