What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance and inspections Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and teammates Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources Maintain accurate service documentation Promote a safe, organized work environment Who You Are Take pride in quality workmanship Enjoy solving complex mechanical problems Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Value accountability and follow-through Want to continue learning and growing your skills Thrive in a team environment where people support one another Qualifications Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, diesel equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or related machinery including yellow iron. Minimum of 3 years of on the job mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience Ability to read service manuals and diagnostic information Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing equipment, lifting tools and components, and performing hands-on diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work in a service shop and field environment. Preferred Experience Vermeer equipment experience OEM dealership experience Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics Diesel engine repair certifications Compensation $37-43 per hour DOE Placement within the pay range is determined by experience, technical ability, certifications, and demonstrated diagnostic skills. Top candidates with extensive experience and advanced troubleshooting capabilities are encouraged to apply.
