What You'll Do As a Repair Assistant, you'll: Support our Repair Technicians by assisting with chimney and fireplace repairs, installations, and maintenance, with attention to detail and safety. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to learn, grow their technical expertise, and contribute to a thriving company committed to excellence. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety equipment daily. Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of customers' homes. Work as part of a crew to help complete projects efficiently, accurately and on time. Conduct heavy lifting of equipment or parts safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment and truck to ensure efficient workflow What We're Looking For Construction, carpentry, masonry, roofing, HVAC, or similar hands-on trade experience (preferred, but not required). Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and outdoors in all weather conditions. Must carry valid personal auto insurance and maintain an insurable driving record. Strong problem-solving mindset, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship. Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow safety and quality standards.
