The Olde Farm is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to maintain and repair the equipment essential to daily golf course operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet of golf course maintenance equipment, golf carts, and utility vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Whether you have experience working with small engines, diesel equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive repair, or turf maintenance equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a professional and team-oriented environment. Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Weekend work required during the golf season Schedule may vary based on holidays, tournaments, and special events

Pay:

$16-$18 per hour, based on experience Full benefits package available Paid vacation Uniforms provided Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and service on golf course maintenance equipment, transportation vehicles, and golf carts according to manufacturer recommendations Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues Sharpen and maintain reel and rotary mowing equipment Inspect equipment regularly to identify operating deficiencies and safety concerns Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and is ready for daily operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime during the golf season as needed Experience repairing golf course maintenance equipment is preferred but not required Experience with small engines, diesel engines, hydraulics, welding, automotive repair, or related mechanical fields is a plus Why Join The Olde Farm?
