SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR HEAVY DUTY VEHICLE LIFTS
$5,000.00 SIGNING

Alan Tye and Associates, LC specializes in providing high-quality service and maintenance for commercial vehicle lift systems for 30+ years. Our customer base includes industries such as transit, repair shops, utilities, waste management, military, and local government. Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Vehicle Lift Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing on-site service, repair, and installation of commercial vehicle lift systems across our service area. The ideal candidates will be in northern Virginia, DC area, or Maryland. Travel to other locations within our service area will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicle lift systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Communicate equipment features to customers. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Travel overnight as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in servicing vehicle lift systems or related mechanical/electrical equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be able to lift and move 70 lbs and work in various environments. Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) certification is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $25/hr to $40/hr, based on experience. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Full benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement options.
