The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and experience working with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment and machinery Maintain and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems Conduct preventative maintenance and routine service work Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair diagrams Keep accurate maintenance and repair records Ensure equipment operates safely and meets company standards Respond to field service calls and emergency repairs when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations
