This role ensures equipment safety, reliability, and operational efficiency in warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities Perform planned maintenance on electric, propane, and diesel forklifts. Diagnose and repair electrical forklift systems including motors, controllers, contactors, wiring, and battery chargers. Maintain industrial batteries, charging systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems including pumps, cylinders, and valves. Repair mechanical systems such as brakes, steering, and mast assemblies. Use OEM diagnostic software, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to resolve issues. Complete accurate work orders and maintain parts inventory records. Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer safety standards. Maintain clean and organized service areas following 5S practices. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred. 2-4 years of forklift or material handling equipment repair experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting and battery maintenance experience. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics. ASE certification preferred. Must supply own hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments RTS6548
