Shop Technician:

As a Wolter Shop Technician , you're not just turning wrenches

• you're powering industries, solving problems, and keeping businesses moving.

Take on service jobs with skill, confidence, and pride. Diagnose and recommend repairs

• your expert input keeps customers running strong. Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and team to ensure every job is a success. Stay sharp through ongoing training on the newest products and technologies. Keep things moving
• from timely paperwork to a clean and efficient workspace. Pitch in and support your fellow techs. We ve got each other s backs. Lead with safety

🛠 What You Bring to the

Team:

2+ years of hands-on experience with forklift and powered industrial equipment (LP Gas, diesel, electric). Completion of industry training programs. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Time management skills that keep your day running like clockwork. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with laptops. Your own tools (based on our suggested list). Certified to operate material handling equipment. A commitment to excellence and a passion for doing the job right. 💪 What to

Expect Physically:

This role keeps you moving!

You ll need to:

Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and handle 5-30 pounds regularly. Be on your feet, reach, kneel, climb, crawl
