We're an established company with a strong reputation, a full project pipeline, and a crew that takes real pride in the work. We're looking for an experienced Boulder Wall Builder who knows the difference between a wall that's done and a wall that's done right. What You'll Do Build and install retaining walls, garden walls, and stone structures that are both structurally sound and visually sharp Operate mini excavators and other heavy equipment Prepare sites through excavation, grading, and drainage planning Read and follow construction plans accurately Keep job sites safe and organized and work well with the crew What We're Looking For Proven experience building boulder or block walls Heavy equipment experience, including mini excavators CDL is a major plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions year-round Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization Compensation & Benefits $35-$45/hr depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with company matching New trucks and well-maintained equipment Stable, year-round work — we have the backlog to back it up
