WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose, repair, and maintain ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (Polaris & Can-Am) PDI and new unit setup per OEM standards Warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines Service engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems Use OEM diagnostic software and service manuals accurately Complete repair orders clearly; communicate with service writers Install accessories and aftermarket upgrades

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Self-starter with a team-first attitude — both required Mechanical aptitude in powersports, automotive, or small engines Own tools required (B & A level); provided for apprentices Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, and suspension OEM or ASE certifications a plus; we support your cert path Able to lift 75 lbs; thrives in a fast-paced shop Valid driver's license required

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
