We run 26-foot box trucks delivering and installing major appliances into residential homes across the Central Alabama. This is a skilled, physical, 5 am role — NOT a package delivery job. What you'll do: Deliver and install refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, and dishwashers into customers' homes. Complete photo documentation at every stop. Start routes at 5:00-5:30 AM, 5-6 days/week including Saturdays.

Pay:

$130-150/day

You must have:

Prior experience delivering and/or installing large appliances or furniture inside a customer's home. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. Clean driving record. Early morning availability — 5 AM is not flexible . If you've never carried an appliance through a residential doorway, this role is not the right fit yet. Key Responsibilities Assist driver with loading and unloading appliances Ride along on delivery routes to homes and businesses Help place and position appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers) Assist with setup and installation (connecting components, ensuring proper placement) Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift and move heavy items (100+ lbs with assistance) Comfortable performing hands-on, mechanical tasks and using basic tools Comfortable working inside customers' homes in a professional manner Ability to work in all weather conditions Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred (Not Required) Delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience Experience with appliances or basic home installations Customer service experience Experience in a physically demanding role What We're Looking For Shows up on time, every time Works well with others and supports the driver Comfortable using tools and working with their hands What to Expect Physically demanding work throughout the day Working inside customers' homes A fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly A team-based role where reliability matters Why NexStop Logistics Opportunity to improve installation and logistics skills Team-oriented environment Growing company with opportunity for advancement
