You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing technical issues and restoring fitness equipment and high-end home appliances to peak performance. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform complex repairs on treadmills, smart gym systems, exercise bikes, and luxury home appliances. Interpret technical schematics and manufacturer documentation to ensure all repairs meet strict quality standards. Deliver exceptional on-site service, acting as a professional representative while interacting with high-end clientele. Utilize personal hand and power tools to assemble and calibrate sophisticated mechanical and electronic systems. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively via mobile technology to update project status. Ensure all work sites are left in pristine condition, upholding the highest standards of service excellence. Qualifications Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment assembly or repair. Ability to interpret detailed technical manuals and follow precise assembly instructions. Must possess reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools. Valid EIN (Federal Tax ID) and ability to meet all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements for independent contractors. Commitment to passing comprehensive background and drug screenings. Preferred Skills Prior experience working with fitness equipment or specialized home electronics. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes of mechanical failure. Experience managing independent service routes and logistics.
