Job Description

Role Snapshot You'll join a high‑tech manufacturing team validating advanced RF and microwave hardware that powers aerospace, defense, communications, radar, space, electronic warfare, and UAV platforms. We are opening three agency temp positions with the potential to transition to long‑term roles based on performance and business needs. A Day in the Role When you start your day between 6:00-7:00 AM, you'll bring up test benches, verify calibrations, and dive into signal paths. You'll tune and align microwave components and subsystems, run preliminary checks, and execute pulse focusing and environmental tests. Returned TWTs? You'll carefully assemble/disassemble tubes, isolate faults, and support repair flows. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with engineers on tricky debug and new product introductions, document your findings with precision, provide daily status updates, and keep production moving while meeting quality and compliance standards. What You'll Work With Network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes Multimeters and power meters for detailed measurements Microwave assemblies, subsystems, and TWTs under test What You'll Bring Hands-on electrical/electronic testing experience in a manufacturing or lab setting (required) Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters (required) Working knowledge of Ohm's Law and core electronics theory (required) Strong attention to detail and clear communication (required) Technical Associate degree or equivalent military electronics training (required) Background in RF/microwave testing (preferred) U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for a D.O.D. security clearance (required) Schedule & Compensation Day shift start: 6:00-7:00
AM Pay:
