Whether working in the field or assisting with installations, your skills will help keep these appliances running smoothly and confidently. Duties Perform detailed appliance repairs including refrigerators, washers using schematics and technical documentation Diagnose electrical, mechanical, issues accurately to determine necessary repairs Utilize mechanical knowledge to disassemble, assemble, and reassemble appliances with precision Conduct on-site service calls for troubleshooting and resolving appliance malfunctions in customers commercial settings Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting appliances in field service roles is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience to handle diverse repair tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards and professionalism Join us to make a difference by restoring appliances to their best performance!
