Job Description:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented Microwave Cable Assembly Technicians (Solderers) to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning precision soldering of small components and cable assemblies. Candidates with previous soldering or assembly experience are encouraged to apply; however, entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Assemble microwave cable components and small aerospace parts Perform precision soldering on small pieces and cable assemblies Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and functionality Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies Prior soldering or assembly experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
