No minimum education required 2 years of experience Valid drivers license Employer does motor vehicle record and background checks Working in a team environment Customer service skills Verbal and written communication skills Employer will train Must have access to own tools if interested in A/C repair training

Job Description:

Travel to and from customers homes for diagnosis and repairs of major brands of kitchen and laundry appliances, explain procedures and costs to the customer Troubleshoot and test appliances to identify problems using using schematics and test meters. Accurately record product and customer information in our software system, complete work orders Research parts needed for repairs and create purchase orders Collect payments from customers Skills and responsibilities: How to diagnose problem symptoms of washers and dryers, ranges, microwaves, cook-tops, hoods, and other large appliances. Repair or replace any defective components found in appliances. How to dismantle and reassemble appliances to make a diagnosis. How to connect water or gas lines, check for leaks, meter for power, and diagnose symptoms to the root cause. How to advise customers on root causes and costs associated with repairs. •Candidates that also want to learn Air Conditioning repair will be highlighted. Must have access to own tools and customer service skills. We provide the truck and equipment for our technicians. The candidate must be comfortable in an ever-changing and improving environment.
