Conduct field service visits using a box truck or similar vehicle to reach customer locations promptly. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience. Assist with assembly or installation of new appliances when needed, ensuring proper setup and safety compliance. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams confidently. Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex issues. Customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction during on-site visits. Experience working in field service environments using a box truck or similar delivery vehicle. Knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment repair techniques is highly desirable.
