Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on various home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Read manuals and follow instructions. Utilize mechanical skills to disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble appliances efficiently. Conduct onsite inspections to assess appliance condition and recommend appropriate solutions.. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and documentation for each job performed. Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair or similar systems Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex issues. Can speak english and communicate with customer. Can read basic instruction manuals Experience working in field service environments with a focus on timely and efficient repairs. Knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment assembly is advantageous but not necessary. Willing to learn
