In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes. Perform repairs on appliances such as electrical components, and mechanical parts. Utilize electrical experience and equipment repair skills to troubleshoot complex problems accurately. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for precise repairs. Conduct field service visits to customer locations, ensuring timely and professional service delivery. Assemble or replace appliance components and parts with attention to detail. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each service call. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge. Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals effectively. Knowledge of electrical wiring, and equipment repair. Previous experience as a delivery driver or with box trucks is a plus for transporting parts or equipment. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and build customer trust. Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting diverse appliance issues. Field service experience preferred; ability to work independently in various environments.
