Overview We are looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician Supervisor to join our team in Indianapolis. This role combines hands-on appliance repair with leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to field technicians, assist with training, and ensure high-quality service for our customers. Duties Provide technical support and guidance to appliance repair technicians. Train, mentor, and assist team members in diagnosing and repairing appliances. Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair all major brands of home appliances. Ensure technicians follow company standards and best practices.
