Appliance Technician

With over 25+ employees we growing and looking for a hands-on Appliance Technician & Installer to join our team. We specialize in residential appliance installation and repair, and we're committed to doing quality work while treating customers' homes with respect. • Position Overview
• As an Appliance Technician & Installer, you will install and repair household appliances in residential homes.

You'll represent our team of 25+ in the field, interacting directly with customers, troubleshooting issues, and making sure installations and repairs are done safely, efficiently, and up to code. We provide paid off-site training and options for additional schooling, so this is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build or advance a skilled trade career.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install, service, and repair residential appliances.
• Diagnose issues, perform tests, and identify necessary repairs or part replacements.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and applicable codes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed and recommended services.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in clean and safe condition.
• Complete basic documentation on jobs, parts used, and work performed.
• Training & Development
• Paid off-site training provided.
• Schooling options available for continued technical development and certifications.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on tasks without constant supervision.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Work Schedule & Physical Requirements
• Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM
• 4:30 PM.
• Flexibility for occasional early starts or late finishes during busy seasons.
• Physically demanding role: frequent lifting of heavy items, bending, carrying, and long periods of standing and walking.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay from $15 for dependable newcomers with the right attitude and credentials, up to $25 for experienced professionals.
