Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician and become the go-to expert for repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of household appliances. Your mechanical knowledge and field service experience will drive customer satisfaction and ensure appliances operate smoothly. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using detailed schematics and technical manuals Perform installation and setup of new appliances in customers' homes or commercial settings with precision and care Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling, parts inventory management, and high-quality service delivery Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a focus on electrical systems and mechanical components Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and equipment repair is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble appliances or replace parts accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
