We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of integrity to care for and maintain the bakery premises. Duties include dishwashing, restroom maintenance, putting inventory in place, and cleaning bakery equipment.

Responsibilities:

Arrives to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts Daily washing of baking dishes (including cake pans, mixing bowls, etc.) Daily cleaning of Mixing Room / Baking Department in preparation for next day use Daily taking out of trash from all departments; breaking down boxes and trash management Daily cleaning and restocking of restrooms (FOH and BOH) Daily refilling Paper Towel dispensers in all departments Daily sweeping, mopping and cleaning of floor mats (pressure washing) Some repairing of bakery equipment Works closely with Warehouse Manager to complete tasks Immediately reports safety hazards and violations

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Dependable and hard-working Strong work ethic; ability to work efficiently and in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work as part of a team Punctual and reliable Must be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards

Experience:

Entry Level - no prior experience required / strong willingness to learn Physical Requirements /

Working Conditions:

Must have the physical ability to carry out the functions of the job Standing/walking 7-8 hours (in an 8-hour workday) Must have the ability to lift 50lbs minimum Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, and other heavy machinery May require the use of ladders •
