Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various household appliances. This is a field service position that requires excellent technical skills, customer service abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients in their homes
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues and determine the appropriate course of action
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding appliance maintenance and usage
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Familiarity with various appliance brands and models
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record with reliable transportation to use
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and equipment
