$28-$44/hour + Full Benefits About the Opportunity Our client is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and food equipment services, supporting customers across a full commercial kitchen environment. With a long-standing reputation for quality service and strong customer loyalty, they are continuing to grow and are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities Maintain, service, and install commercial cooking and food preparation equipment Diagnose equipment issues, collect data, and determine appropriate repair solutions Collaborate with the Parts Department to identify and source necessary components Communicate with manufacturers to assist in troubleshooting complex issues Deliver high-quality customer service and clearly communicate service recommendations Promote additional service offerings when appropriate Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license 5+ years of experience in commercial equipment repair or related field Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam systems Ability to use hand tools for precise mechanical work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs as needed Comfortable working with mechanical parts, heated surfaces, and varying environmental conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Life Insurance and Disability coverage (Short and Long Term) 401(k) plan This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician looking to join a growing organization with a strong reputation in the industry.
