Responsibilities Diagnose appliance malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on inspection. Repair and maintain various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and other household devices. Read and interpret schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify issues accurately. Perform equipment repairs Travel to customer locations using a van to provide on-site service. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical diagrams related to electrical and mechanical systems. Customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction during field visits. Mechanical knowledge combined with troubleshooting skills for complex appliance issues. Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
