In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, ovens, and refuse disposals. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive prompt, reliable service that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Diagnose appliance issues by inspecting and testing equipment using schematics and technical manuals Perform repairs on appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, dryers, and HVAC units with precision and efficiency Utilize mechanical knowledge to disassemble and reassemble appliances safely and correctly Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to identify faulty components or wiring problems Conduct equipment repair tasks including replacement of parts, electrical connections, and system calibration Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs needed and provide maintenance tips for optimal appliance performance Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and repair details in company systems Safely operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks for transporting tools and replacement parts to job sites Assist with assembly or installation of new appliances when required Ensure all work complies with safety standards related to refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical operations Experience Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or service technician in a field service environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing household appliances and systems Familiarity with schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting tools Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients during service visits Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics accurately Electrical experience related to appliance components or systems is a plus Join us to make a difference by providing top-tier appliance repair services that keep homes running smoothly!
