Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances for our customers. Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments on a wide range of appliances to identify issues
• Repair and service appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve appliance malfunctions
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on appliances efficiently and effectively
• Drive a box truck for transportation of tools, equipment, and appliances as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service during service calls and interactions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of services ##

Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of equipment repair techniques for various household appliances
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair appliance issues accurately
