In this energetic role, you will deliver, install, and troubleshoot a wide range of kitchen appliances, ensuring each customer's experience is seamless, efficient, and satisfying. Duties Safely deliver appliances using a box truck or similar vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws Unload appliances carefully and verify delivery against purchase orders or work orders Install kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and ranges according to manufacturer specifications and schematics Conduct thorough appliance repairs and troubleshooting on-site, including electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation and repair processes Assemble appliances when necessary, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational Test installed appliances for proper function, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, parts used, and service reports for each job Skills Proven experience in appliance repair with a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and HVAC principles Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams accurately Electrical experience related to appliance wiring, troubleshooting electrical components, and safety procedures Field service experience with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients during installations or repairs Delivery driver experience utilizing a box truck or similar vehicle for safe transportation of appliances Assembly skills for various appliances requiring on-site setup or component fitting Knowledge of equipment repair techniques applicable to kitchen appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while providing top-tier service that delights customers.
