In this role, you will travel to customers' homes and businesses to diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems Estimate the costs of appliance repair Repair appliances Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services Adhere to manufacturer recommendations Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances Maintain accurate and detailed records Qualifications Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician Valid driver's license (clean driving record) Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills
