Responsibilities Diagnose appliance malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical knowledge Perform repairs on various appliances such as refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and electrical components Use electrical experience to troubleshoot wiring issues and component failures accurately Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repairs effectively Conduct equipment repair, assembly, and maintenance in customers' homes or businesses Operate a box truck or similar vehicle safely for appliance delivery and service calls Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong understanding of mechanical systems Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment repair techniques Ability to read schematics and technical manuals with ease Previous delivery driver experience is a plus for efficient transportation of appliances Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience for comprehensive troubleshooting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck preferred Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your technical skills make a real difference!
