In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and support, while also collaborating with team members to enhance overall service delivery. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, ovens, washers, and dryers. Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure appliances are functioning properly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with field service teams for efficient delivery and installation of appliances. Adhere to safety protocols while working in customer homes or on-site locations. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components related to appliances. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
