Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and tools. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus. Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
