Responsibilities:

Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical issues for residential customers. Install and replace electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions . Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., appliance compartments, utility rooms, attics, or basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending to access appliance components. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor repairs. Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment, including delicate appliance parts.

Qualifications:

3+ years of appliance repair experience. Refrigeration repair experience preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
