Appliance Technician - Commercial Trainer

We're on the hunt for a Trainer/Instructor to lead the charge in our classroom and hands-on training facility. Think of it as Hogwarts—but with more ovens and fewer robes (unless that's your thing). What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Epic Quest): Training future techs in the mysterious arts of Electric, Gas, Steam, and Refrigeration (no pressure). Designing and delivering training sessions like a rockstar professor with a toolbox. Writing and editing tests and curriculum (so yes, you will need to know how to spell). Creating training modules that are almost as cool as LEGO kits (but with more wiring). Managing training equipment like a stage manager with a wrench. Requirements (We're Looking at You, MacGyver): You know how to fix commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment—and not just with duct tape. You've danced with fryers, flirted with freezers, and tamed temperamental steamers. You've taught people stuff before (classroom or hands-on—you've got the magic). PowerPoint doesn't scare you (in fact, you might enjoy animations—no judgment). You can lift 65 lbs. without crying. You're cool with occasional travel (All expense paid). Drug test?
