We install top brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Bosch, Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool, and we're looking for experienced Custom Appliance Installers to grow with us as we expand into New Hampshire. To be considered, you must have 3+ years experience doing high-end custom installation work on appliances including modifications on cabinetry, trim, cutting granite, etc. Our Custom Installers deliver exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled customer satisfaction. They receive a company van, credit card for gas, iPhone, laptop, tools, and uniforms.

Predictable schedule:

40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 6:30am start time.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Installing and servicing a variety of home appliances. Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide instructions. Provide support and guidance/training to Install Assistants. Maintain ongoing training, documentation, and maintenance of approvals for install department. Traveling to different job sites with company-provided transportation. Maintenance and upkeep of Yale-supplied materials and equipment as needed in the performance of your duties.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of experience doing custom installations on all home appliances ( cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators including built-in and panel overlays). Basic computer skills (email, internet, apps, navigating portals, video calls). Strong customer service and problem resolution skills. Great time management skills. The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate. Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Initial phone interview with internal recruiter. Mechanical online assessments related to this position (should take approximately 45 minutes to complete). Virtual interview with our hiring managers. In-person interview including the opportunity to follow another appliance installer on the road to get the full experience of the position.
