Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Appliance Repair Technician to service customers in the Seacoast, NH/MA area. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances while delivering excellent customer service.

Reports To:

Service Manager Skills/Experience required: Excellent communication skills Ability to read and comprehend maps, directions, parts diagrams, and manufacturer instructions Strong mechanical aptitude Physical strength for lifting in excess of 100 pounds Valid driver license with acceptable driving record Own tools necessary to perform job tasks Pass screening exam which includes: interview, skills assessment, drug screen, background/reference check, and DOT driving record

Goals and Objectives:

Maintain a positive attitude with all associates, customers, and vendors Aspire to provide 5 star service for both internal and external customers Report to work promptly and be available to satisfy department scheduling needs Communicate any change in schedule with customer and supervisor Perform job function in most cost and time efficient manner Understand and perform repairs of all products we sell Follow all company policy, procedure, and safety programs Make recommendations to management which will improve quality, efficiency, and safety of job function Our 75+ years gives us the foundation to provide the best jobs in the state.
